As of October 2025, the WSDA issued a list (on its Food Safety website-page) of NEARLY 900+ (then, OCT 2025) permitted Cottage Cottage food-makers operating in nearly every county in Washington state.
THE CURRENT DIRECTORY LIST WAS UPDATED IN FBRUARY 2026 BY WSDA. HOWVR, AS WE ARE STAFFED BY VOLUNTEERS, WE HAVE NOT UPDATED THIS DIRCTORY (YET) WHICH IS BASED ON THE OCTOBER 2025 WSDA LIST.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK LISTED CF-OPRATORS {IN OUR DIRCTORY} TO VERIFY THEIR CURRENT PERMIT STATUS, IF YOU WISH. ALL PRMITEEES HAVE THE ABILITY TO SHARE THEIR CURRENT WSDA PERMIT WITH YOU (UPON YOUR REQUEST} IN A MANNER AGREEABLE TO YOU BOTH.
WSDA-approved CF-producers (listed by WSDA in October 2025) that we have (so far, independently) found an active-online presence for through volunteers' research -- are being added to our directory--
You can find those we have added by clicking the geo-target regional-buttons (below) on this page.
We hope to add more CF operators to the directory as volunteers are available to add them.
